Christian 1f5d6a8536 fix: Add ALLOWED_EXTENSIONS config for file uploads 
- Added ALLOWED_EXTENSIONS setting to core config
- Supports PDF, images, documents, and archives
- Fixes supplier invoice upload validation error
- Added configuration to .env.example
