- **Fixed approval endpoint** - Wizard approval nu virker korrekt

- **Fixed missing fields** - Sender nu alle nødvendige felter til wizard.approve_time_entry():

- `rounded_to` beregnes hvis auto-rounding er enabled

- `approval_note` sendes med fra frontend
